CANCELLATION POLICY
Revella reserves the right to cancel any order if we’re unable to fulfill it to our exacting standards. Should you wish to cancel:

Within 24 Hours of Order:

After 24 Hours:
– Cancellations may be granted at our discretion and, if approved, refunded as a Revella store credit voucher only.
Note: Cancellation requests via phone or chat will not be accepted—please email or call our support team directly.
SALE & DISCOUNTS

Sale Items: Discount codes cannot be applied on already-reduced bridal sale styles or bundles.

Bundle Offers: Returning part of a “Buy 2 Get 1” or similar bundle will void the bundle discount and may affect your refund amount.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Tailor-Made Pieces: Each Revella custom-made lehenga or blouse is crafted to your exact measurements.

No Returns/Exchanges: Unless there is a manufacturing defect, customized garments cannot be returned or exchanged, nor will customization fees be refunded.
ORDER DELAYS & MEASUREMENT REVIEWS
Bridal couture is a labor of love—and sometimes we need your input:

Design Review: If our artisans spot an issue—like a measurement mismatch—we’ll reach out to confirm.

No Cancellations: Once the couture process begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Possible Delays: Minor production reviews may extend delivery by a day or two.
REFUNDS

Approved Cancellations (≤ 24 hrs): Refunded to your card or net-banking within 7 business days.

Credit Vouchers: Issued instantly when post-24-hour cancellations are approved.

Sale & Virtual Orders: Not eligible for refunds; see above.

Damage Claims: Replacement dispatch within 2–3 days of defect confirmation.
